Terms of Service — Billmio

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Billmio mobile application (“App”) developed by SK Tech Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Billmio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Billmio for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

copy, modify, or distribute the App
reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code
use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. In-App Purchases

Billmio offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade ($2.99) through Google Play. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or Google Play’s refund policy. Payment processing is handled by Google; we do not store your payment information.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. Your bill data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal bill information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Billmio is a reminder tool—you are responsible for ensuring your bills are paid on time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed payments, late fees, or financial loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

7. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date in this document.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access with reasonable notice where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
