Refund Policy — Billmio

Billmio Pro is a one-time in-app purchase ($2.99) available through the Google Play Store. This policy explains how refunds work for your purchase.
1. Refund Requests
All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play, not directly to us. You can request a refund through:
- Google Play Store app: Open the Play Store → Menu → Account → Order history → Find your Billmio Pro purchase → Request a refund
- Google Play website: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
2. Refund Window
Google Play typically allows refunds within 48 hours to 2 weeks of purchase, depending on your region and Google’s policies. After this period, refunds are generally not available.
3. Eligibility
Google determines refund eligibility. Common reasons for approval include accidental purchase, technical issues preventing use of Pro features, or purchase by a minor. We cannot override Google’s decision.
4. After a Refund
If your refund is approved, you will lose access to Billmio Pro features (unlimited bills, multiple reminders, custom categories, backup & restore, ad-free experience). The app will revert to the free version.
